Go over this checklist when inserting a new trade.

Read the SQL statement of the new trades that need to be iserted. Create new synthetic symbols inside quantower accordingly.

Make sure the synthetic symbols you have added in quantower display correctly in a chart.

Execute the market orders on the synthetic symbols by pressing the "buy" button in the trading panel. Make sure you are executing in the right account.

Calculate the entry price for each trade you open. In the SQL statement, update the entry_price field of the trade accordingly.

Re-read the SQL statement and make sure that stops and targets make sense.

Inside the strategies manager in quantower, click the STOP button of the ticket_to_ride strategy

Open a terminal and enter the DB using sqlite3. Copy and paste the SQL statement to execute it. Alternatively, open DBBrowser and execute the statement from there.

Go back in quantower and click the RUN button of the ticket_to_ride strategy. Trades are now being monitored.
